Lamb cut into 1" cubes. Marinate for several hours in some lemon juice, olive oil, garlic, oregano, and rosemary. Grill on skewer. Baste with marinade.

Grill cherry tomatoes, red onion, and bell pepper separately on skewers.

Lamb Kabobs are the best. Maybe grill some flatbread or pita to go along with it. You can also marinade red onions in some red wine vinagarette for a nice topping.

Get some naan and heat it on the grill, serve with a tzatziki or yogurt dipping sauce.

i'm a firm believer in grilling veggies seperately, it may not look as fancy but it allows for everything else to cook properly.
