don't know.
but the breast filets are excellent if:
1)cut in strips, breaded and fried. -or-
2)pounded, rolled in parmesan cheese and panky bread crumbs, pan fried, covered with marinara sauce and mozzerella. -or-
3)stewed with carrots, celery, potatoes and onions. serve with hot corn bread.
