Looks great! Baklava is a traditional Greek pastry made with phyllo dough, honey, and nuts. It is very good!

I love Greek food, When I was just out of college, a buddy of mine in Houston took me to a Greek Festival at a Greek Orthodox Church.
Their beer is horrible. But the Baklava, Gyro, and a lot of other food I cant pronounce was great. They have a few festivals around the DFW we try to go to one a year, and we have a greek place close to the office we go to.
BTW, I will be over in a few hours to pick up my pan of Baklava. HAHA.
