Fished with Snaggin Steve and Karry on Friday and Polar and and Snaggin Steve on Saturday. Found fish under and near birds in various areas of the lake, total count for both days probably exceeded 90 legal hybrids. In an effort to protect the innocent no pictures were taken.

It is a lot easier to stay on fish with a trolling motor than it is to jump them with the big engine.

Great day with 'fast guy' and 'snaggin steve'. Needless to say our Friday trip was a memorable day from beginning to end. As always, George can find the fish. My count from Friday was over 50, none of which were under 5 pounds.

It took me a little while too dust off the rust from inactivity, but once I found the groove, I was able to keep up with George and Steve. If you can believe it, 5 times we had triples going.

There is nothing like the winter bite looking for hybrids under the birds of all types.

Well Sorry I missed it, I snuck over the LOP for some crappie action but I figured someone found the hybrids on CC with the calm winds we had. I'm in crappie mode and haven't chased the hybrids since last week. I'm glad you got Karry and Steve out of the house.

Log Cabin has had some of the sand bar behind the ramp removed, it is still best to stay in the middle of the ramp if possible.
