How's common are they? Worms work good for them? I haven't caught any since I've lived in texas

Once in a while i keep on catching them . They don't fight or anything . Everytime i catch them i won't even know they are hooked .

One thing i have learned about them being on that creek is they usually stay around that brushpiles/branches all the time.

Simply drop a line /hook with worm and let it float down slowly to the bottom .

thanks. yeah i used to catch those as often as bluegills when i was younger have not caught one in texas. it seems adults(12") are rare in the s.a. area. lol yeah they dont do much.
