I know there are tons of posts about waders. I just bought a pair from Cabelas a few weeks back, and I love them. However, does anyone have any experience with having to swim in them? Will they sink you? Mine are the overall type, no belt.

I wore them in Galveston Bay (mostly a few feet deep where I was), but I think I would be concerned in deeper water. Maybe I just need a bigger life vest for winter?

Any input would be appreciated.

Also, I need some fishing reports. I have not been in a while, and not sure when I will be able to! I have to rely on yall's reports to satisfy the hunger!

Have a good weekend everyone!

Well I guess that answers it then. Thanks B-Rod and Zombie. I am tempted to try that it my cousin's pool, but I think it would take forever for the inside of the waders and their boots to dry.
