Would anyone be interested in participating in a fundraiser tournament for our club? We're new and trying to raise money to get to the other tournaments around Texas this semester.

The tournament would be on one of the DFW lakes, and would be on Jan. 28 if everything works out

I think that a lot of guys would be interested need a few more specifics, to help answer some of what you might get would be, which lakes more specifically are you possibly looking at, entry for the tourney, what format would you use,a single BB, 3-limit or 5-limit....Just trying to help ya out a little, lots of great guys on here that would enjoy helping out.

Talk to some of the dealers in the area like Fun N Sun. Im sure they might help organize and promote it.

Thanks for all the responses everyone! We'll definitely be looking into some local help for it. I'll post up more information, like ramps, prices, payout, bb, etc. after we get everything ironed out with the university.

The tournament will be aimed at largemouth, and there will be a five fish limit. It'll be a one day, (most likely) morning tournament, depending on which lake we can have it on.
