Because it wouldn't be bad enough to just fall 20 feet into something that isn't going to move, you need to actually thrust yourself into it and turn an injury into a life threatening episode.
How exactly do you tread water with all of that stuff hanging on you, off of you, and tangling you up?

That looks like fun. There used to be a jet pack version a couple of years back. This looks neater.

I could see some one coming up with hydrilla all over their head, or not coming up at all. I take it you have to have a jet ski follow you around, seems too complicated to me. Oh brother ...
