FYI - I have the proper permits to catch them out of public lakes and license to sell them from my vehicle.... and will show it to anyone who wants to ensure im legit : )

I will be out thursday and or Friday getting shad for the weekend. Just give me a call if anyone is intrested and Ill tell ya what I got and how big of shad I was able to get. 940-229-0288 First come.. first serve as the larget shad will probably go fast. I got a 20# buffalo ill kept alive ill slaughter on Thurs... quart bags will go 5.00 (flat and 3/4 full).

quart bags of shad will be $5 3/4 full... if I catch any gizzards 7" to 10" $2 each..... 11" + $5 each.

I know bigger shad are expensive but with the license and permits I gotta make something! And those biggen's are not easy to catch!

Well.... good luck catching shad for the tourney! I went out today, casted for 3 hours and only caught 2 or 3 decent ones, the rest were small 1" to 3" shad. I did catch about 25 5" to 14 inch buffalo im tyring to keep alive so that should be some damn good bait.

Ill be back at it tomarrow and see what I can do.. so if you get in a bind give me a call and ill try to help ya what I can.. remember its first come first serve! First 3 bags of fresh are spoken for if I can get those tomarrow!

does anyone know what dept the shad are in?

Not me... there not shallow... so im tryin deep tomarrow. 30 foot pluss!

Btw the drum are for sale Id say 2$ each for live and .75$ for dead....Ill work with ya... but I spent atleast $30 in gas looking today! I just didnt find the shad
