Finally got out with enough light to see what was in the bucket from the weekend & yesterday, exactly 3". That's a good start. Drove over the Neches this afternoon & it's running and up to the concrete launch ramp at the Hwy 31 bridge. All good signs that Palestine may rise a few inches before this is over. Now we need another 3-4" of rain so it'll just be runoff.
