2.25" on Lake Palestine and still raining. We should see an increase in lake level over the next few days.

I had about 3" in a bucket this morning. Corps of Engineers show a half inch rise in 24 hours but when I crossed the Neches this morning I couldn't see real good but it looked to be higher than it was Friday. Like Eastexn said, a few days should tell the tale.

Cedar Creek is currently up from 314.20 to 314.60 and will still be on the rise a little as Kings Creek was flowing this morning on the way to work. It will help a little, but would really help now if we could get a few inches on top of this soaked ground...but don't think that is going to happen.

3.5 inches of rain here in Cedar Park over the last 3 days. Ground is soaked and now it is time for another 3-5 inches to get the lakes back up.

I haven't been across any of the lakes since it started, but it sure filled the pond up across the street from me...and still going strong here in Lindale! Now I can start filling it up with some Crappie!

According to the TWDB data, it looks like Whtiney is only up a few inches. But, hey some is better than none. We got 4 inches of rain here in Burleson.

We're up about 4 inches so far according to Tarrant County. The good news is all the creeks are running and it should continue to rise the next few days.

Any rain is a good rain. So far here in the San Antonio and Hill Country area we have been in a pretty good pattern. We have been getting some good rain at least once a week. This has been ongoing for about two months. This latest rain fall I got just over two inches at my house. Some areas reported over three inches. All of the area creeks are looking pretty good. Some ponds have even filled back up. As for the larger lakes they to are up but can still use a lot more rain. I hope this is going to be a nice WET winter.
