I have been considering converting to baitcast reels. I'm trying to limit line memory mainly, and I think it (baitcaster) to be less tangle(loops on spool,excess line pinched in handle, under spool, etc.) prone.
Any suggestions on a quality, low cost, miniature,baitcaster?

I have heard nothing but GOOD stuff about the H20 Mettle from academy. keep an eye out as they mark them down to 25.00 from 50.00 occasionally

I have an older Shimano bantam mag that treats me well. there was a post not long ago re: baitcasters, i will see if i can locate it. Found the link.
