I hadn't been out this way in a long time so I wasn't sure what to expect. The water was definitely low, but still moving in spots. This rain we're getting right now will really help for sure. Anyways, did some exploring and a little bit of fishing. Here are a few pictures.

This is a view downstream right below the steps. The area directly upstream of where this picture was taken was really overgrown and had about 6 inches of water flowing through it.

This was taken from the boat ramp at the WMA. Looking upstream.

At the boat ramp looking downstream.

Here's a pic of an undersize Crappie I caught. I caught a few of these and one small bass.

Here in Austin today the local creeks are up and moving fast. Rain, rain, rain...

Nice pictures, haven't been to Granger for long time , hopefully the rain will add more water to Granger. Can't wait for the spring spawn.

Nice to see the Primitive Launch getting some more water. I was out there two months ago and it was looking kinda shallow. When those stumps go under the water...it's on!

How is "The Steps" @ C-ville fishing?
