December 3,2011 Got my new boat yesterday and could not wait to get her on the water! I could not believe how much smoother and dryer it is with Lenco Trim Tabs. Anyway, the fishing is just getting better just as I thought. Flounder are still all over, Speckled Trout and Redfish are not even slowing down. Saturday was windy (wind advisory & small craft warnings), but with the wind comming out of the east, the Northend of Sabine Lake was not bad (did not get wet at all, not even a drop). Birds were working off and on all day. Did not really need them much, caught fish with and without them. TTF Trout killers caught most of the fish. Caught some on crank baits, spoons, and Hackberry Hustlers. The fish will hit about anything right now. Caught Specks, Redfish , and a Flounder in the first 20 minutes. When you get a SLAM in the first 20 minutes of the day, you know it is going to be good. Left about 6a.m. and got back around noon. I had to cancel everything the last 6 weeks, but I am ready to make up for lost time. So, if you want to get in some of the best Sabine Lake Fishing of the year , don't wait. Call or email me and lets go catch some fish. Check my website for Sabine Lake Fishing Reports www.luckylindycharters.com
