Philip with RSR Lures helped me out with a plate for my trolling motor so I went to pick it up yesterday at his shop. First off, thank you Philip for the help. It worked out great and now makes the unit rock solid.

Secondly, Philip showed me around his shop and how he makes his lures and I wanted to tell all of you that I was truely impressed with his set up. He does all the work right there and uses only quality parts. With his vinyl cutter and machine that applies the holographic tape, the lures have the consistent quality I demand. I was also impressed with the way he paints and finishes the lures and now understand why they hold up so long after such heavy use. They have a quality product and a quality operation so please keep them in mind when you need to stock up on slabs or jig heads. Their prices are cheap and they are some of the nicest guys to deal with so you can't go wrong with RSR Lures.
