I have a 2004 Dodge Ram 1500 with the HEMI engine. The truck has a little over 58,000 miles on it. Last week, I was getting ready to leave out of town, but after going to the gas station and filling up, the truck starting cutting out on me while I was just idling at a stop light. It took a couple of times to get it started again, which it never does. Then while at the ATM, the same thing. So I headed home to check under the hood, and again, it cut out on me while driving it, but I was not pressing the gas pedal at the time. So at that point I called AAA to tow it to the dealer.

So after much waiting around, the dealer came back with nothing. And sure enough it didn't cut out again after that. Until I filled it up again yesterday. Same deal, turned off twice, so when it started to cut out the third time, I put it in neutral and reved it up a couple of times, and no more issues after that.

So do you guys think it could be my injectors, or something else?

Check your evap purge solenoid, most likely sticking causing it to suck fuel when you fill it up through the vent pipe to the intake. These valves get carbon built up in them and pull a small amout of vacuum on the tank, and you will only notice it when the tank is topped off due to the fuel being at the top of the tank.
