we recently drove to Lake Guntersville, AL to pick up our "new" boat and since we were in south Louisiana for thanksgiving, we went for a boat ride and this is the first decent bass I caught from our new boat:

thanks y'all. we were fishing a little area surrounded by hyacinth and other grasses, with a couple trails leading right into the marsh. and the fish we were catching were flowing out of the marsh with the clean water so yea the fish was at home in the grass.

No it really isn't "that" fast. We have some set-up issues to work through before we can find out just what it can do. Plus I really do not know how to drive it just yet. So all I can say is that it is well behaved and sitting down and riding wet at a speed most would be proud of and that was with four adults. Now once I learn how to drive it and I get comfortable getting it up out of the water........

Break in right

Very nice, but why didn't you guys check out Lake Guntersville? There are some pigs swimming in that lake!! (it's only 2 hours from my house in Georgia!)

trust me it was killing us not to be fishing at THE Lake Guntersville, but we had a time limit of basically 0 free time (it was especaially tough since right at the launch the bass were chasing shad on the surface)... definitely gonna try to make a trip over there one day though
