Man is it windy today. I slept in this morning and decided at the last minute to try to get out before this front hit. By the time I got to the water the wind switched directions and the front was blowing through. Wore my a$$ out! Any of you try to fish this morning?

About to head up to Anglers Pro Tackle and get some stuff since I can't fish!

Went out this morning, good at first but then had major problems getting back to ramp.

Since this kayaking is new for me and still learning, made me real nervous, thought I was going swimming.

If I didn't have to work I would have been out there this morning. I bet the bite was on before this junk blew in.

I thought about it, but I'm glad I decided to sleep in. Went to the Homestead Heritage fair in Waco and man it was windy!

This happened to me last weekend. When I got up this morning I didn't think about heading out because of last weekend. I really want to get out there soon though.

Its all good because I was able to fish a new place I've had my eye on for a while. I caugt a couple dinks on a crankbait and a jig but I'm sure that there are some better fish in there. Its not Lake Fork but its close to the house and can have it all to my self if I don't want to worry about boat traffic.
