Hope everyone had a great Thanksgiving!! I needed to burn off some calories after all the food on turkey day, so I took my brother in law to RH for some hybrid fishing. My brother in law has never caught a hybrid, so my goal was to put him on not only some hybrid but at least one good sized hibbie! We only fished from 7:00 AM to 8:45 AM due to 11:00 am tee times I had at Trails of Frisco (I know life is rough). The firt 30 minutes were slow and we hit a few spots with only one fish. But, on the fourth spot it was on! We ended the morning with 14 legal hybrid, 2 under hybrid, 2 LMB and lost about 5 or 6 hybrid. My brother in law boated a 7 lber, which was a blast watching him fight on light tackle!! All fish caught on Moe's Shanghai's and CocoMoe's in 2'-4' of water. Here are a few pics in the fog. Nothing better than fog!! TW worked with Steve Stricker on putting and it has worked well. Next year TW wins 10 tourny's including 2-3 majors. Looks like I am screwed

LOL! At one point we threw our lures and saw a bunch of swirls in a very small area. We doubled up , then doubled again and then doubled again. Then behind us we heard a huge splash. Didn't see it, but it could have been the Lochness Monster

Dude that is an awesome trip. Nothing like calling the shots and putting friends and family on fish.

It looked like an excellent morning to be on the water, low winds, cloudy and foggy, perfect conditions for fishing......golfing...... that is a different story. I would need the glow in the dark balls to play.

I am getting ready, I am re-spooling my dead sticking rods now. The best time for big fish is about to start. I can not wait.
