Trying to get rid of some furniture (instead of moving it!)

For Sale - USED - One Year Old Brown Microfiber Couch w/Oversized Chair and Ottoman

Paid $980 a year ago (no name brand) and asking only $300 now. no stains other than normal wear and tear (mostly the chair - the couch looks new)

Moving in two weeks and buying NEW furniture so this needs to go. Asking 300 - and the buyers responsibility to pick up furniture. I am on the 3rd floor but my building DOES have an elevator (thats how we got it up).

I can't assist in moving due to health reasons so the buyer needs to be prepared to pick it up. Cash only!!
