So, I ask the COE about yaks on the lake based on their current B/G algae report. Here's their reply: Jerry, Yes, kayaks are allowed on Lake Texoma. The user must check with either Texas Parks and Wildlife (Texas side) or the Oklahoma Lake Patrol (Oklahoma side) to see if the vessel must be registered and/or if any other special regulations apply to Kayaks. No vessel, including kayaks are allowed inside the buoyed-off area at the control tower structure at the Denison dam.
Just be aware that water contact is still prohibited because of the algae. Boating is ok, but direct skin contact may have a risk of effects from the algae.

A little less hair but other than that, normal!!! see what I mean, it makes your hair fall out !!!
