I have two cartons of nightcrawlers from Wal-Mart in my refrigerator. They're about 2 months old and still doing pretty well. They seem a little lethargic though. Should I moisturize the media in the tubs? Feed them?(what?) I don't usually keep worms this long, but they were given to me by another angler one evening and I haven't needed them to this point. Need a little advice on how to keep 'em alive before they give it up for the ultimate service to a fisherman.

Yep, we got golf courses. But don't hit the water hazards -- it spooks the fish.

Give em just a little moisture with non chlorinated water (no tap water). We used to always sprinkle a little cornmeal for food.

You are correct fiSherwood!! But now its a biology experiment. They're still doing well. Come Dec 30th though, they'll be able to highlight their fish catching abilities down at Squaw Creek.
'Til then worm buddies...eat, drink, and be merry....
