One more day of stamping out ignorance (hs teacher/coach here) and then I am planning to hit Lake Tawakoni over the holiday. Any information on ramps that are open and safe would be greatly appreciated. I have not fished T in a long time; I usually go to Lavon so if you want to give any ideas of where to target I would certainly give it a try. If not I understand, I’ll have fun just getting out.

The ramps that I know of that are open are Holliday, 751, Rabbit Cove by anchor inn, and the State Park!!!

also, add State Park to that list and both of the 2mile bridge ramps are open...but, those two ramps are getting nasty.

hard to imagine being able to launch from 2 mile...

Its doable....we launched the 24'er on the west side recently. Didn't need 4wd to get out...but I woulden't do it unless I had 4wd.

The west side is worse than the east side. They are both bad.
