I live down the street from there. Some of the Arkansas ramps are open. The right side ramps (3 on the north side) are still closed. The left side is still open, but use the one closest to the median, not the boat dock. According to the lake patrol guy, it's the oldest and longest out there. Thankfully it's not losing water like it was over the summer. South end of the lake is still somewhat navigable, but tricky. Ran over a submerged tree out there that is just under the water. From Bowman springs northward, it's pretty clear.

I stand corrected. When I drove by I saw the barricades that were blocking most of the ramps.
