Been fishing all weekend, finally, and was rough till 1pm today.. went to a hot spot of mine and within 10 mins I had more fish caught than Ll weekends. Fished lavon with my wife from 12:30 - 3:30. ended with 14 blues. All were 2-5 pounds. Just got done eating some catfish tacos!! Wife did a great job cooking them.. fresh fish is super tasty!!! This was the first time for me to use the old ramp.. wasn't that bad but u gotta be careful..

All in all, had a great weekend with the wife and a few friends. Glad I went to lavon and caught some kitties!!!! Now I gotta find some crappie!!!

I seen a dude having a heck of a time trying to bring in his sailboat over there yesterday. First off the motor boaters weren't giving him any right of way. I dunno maybe they thought they should go first since they were using more gas. Then when he does get lined up to take his shot he has to pull his sails at the last minute cause some dude backed his trailer off the ramp and got stuck.

Yeah that ramp us small. Have to be very patient over there. Bunch of people trying to fish can get something torn up. Saw a buy yesterday use the big ramp. Was fine till he put the boat on there. 2wd truck couldn't pull it out. He may still be there.

It was all clear when I left around 6pm. Them poor dudes in the minivan that didn't know it wasn't okay to drive down to the water out on the point are probably still there tho.
