Had a pretty good day on Monticello yesterday. Two in the 5 lb class, two 4's and several 2-3 pounders. I stayed very shallow throwing weightless Senkos and spinnerbaits. Most all fish came in less than 2 ft of water. I had several in Smith Bay way back in reed weeds/lillypad stems. I threw a weighless Senko on 20 lb braid with a spinning rod. That was the best way to wrangle them out when they are way back in the weeds.
