Started off the season really going but lately can not get anything over 7. Doing everything the same. Have even started trying different depths and still no good. Getting fustrated

We need some steady cold weather to get the fish on the right track, I think they are as confused as I have been LOL.

My slump will end Friday morning. Hitting lewisville with Mr. Bobby catfishing, my wife, quackattack, and tbone.

Had a great fishing trip on Cedar Creek lake this past Saturday with fishing guide Jason Barber .... great guy and you'll catch fish !

Sounds like a common refrain. Last year by this time I had done real well on Lavon. Due to low water I have been fishing Ray Hubbard and have done ok on fish under ten pounds, but not a one over ten pounds. Hopefully cold weather will improve the situation, and a big old rain would certainly be nice.

Well I guess it makes me feel a little better that i am not the only one, but it still is frustrating. tadpole joe you sure do have alot of big fish pictures for being in a slump all your life If that is your kind of slump I need a really bad slump to get me some picture fish.

I don't think I have caught a fish over 10#s this year...so I feel your pain.

Although I might add that my fishing buddies have front boated me 3 times with fish over 25#s.
