I worked in the oilfield for almost 2 years and got put out of work for 6 months from completely screwing my ankle up on the job. They paid for everything but i had to have reconstructive surgery with 4 screwed and a plate in my ankle now. I realized then that i was better off somewhere else. The money was great, but wasn't worth losing partial use of my ankle for the rest of my life (only 25) and the pain i get when i bump one of the screws on something... be careful out there man, its not you you have to worry about, its everyone else. One person screws up and someone else takes the fall.
