Well I'm glad to say my best friend is coming home for a month he's coming back from over seas and the first thing he wants to do is catch some slabs we our going to ray Roberts the reason we going we've never been there and curious if the bridges ever hold fish sure would appreciate any info I talked to the ray Roberts state park she said the bridge off e lone oak or cr 3002 has been known to hold fish we not looking to run around just enjoy the point of being out there thanks

one of the best RR fishermen around gave me a bad report for that lake today. i don't know whats going on with that lake, but i'm staying away until he says otherwise. if i had to go and i was only gonna fish a bridge, it would be the 922 in isle du bois. if you get bored with it, follow that creek channel up about a half mile and target isolated trees close to the channel. bois d'arcs and cedars have produced the best for me in the past.

Yeah I'm just hoping we catch a couple we might even go at night so who knows I figure we will just bounce around the pillars drowning minnows Something will bite don't know if it will be crappie but it's all part of it
