We had another fantastic day on the lake! After the pig fest last Wednesday, my client booked another trip today. We decided to try the fish, even though the rain was coming. It’s like I say, “the fish are already wet - what’s a little rain?!” Well, we got about 4 good hrs in before the lightning ran us off. We caught most of our fish in 7 ft on minnows; the better quality fish came on jigs.

I wish the wind would let down so i can give them a try here on Waco.

well,someone else knows about white rock. went there last month.fished the river at RIVERSIDE also.good trip i was suprised
to catch them a foot deep right up on the bank hidin under fallen trees u do not normally see. came home with a ice chest full.it's not often i see any talk about that area.

Yeah we are catching a lot of fish shallow. It won’t be long before the water temp drops and they bunch up in the deep bends! That’s when it gets rely good!!
