Is there any way to know what days the tilapia nets will not be in the water?

We're using your lodge for our trip to El Salto in February. Is a Mexican fishing license including with your fees? If not, what is the cost of the Mexican fishing license for 1 week?

Talipia nets are in for 10 days the out for 10 and so on. The Mexican fishing license is included in the package

Is it safe to go back down there yet?

Never been a problem. Most if not all of the fighting are the border cities. Matzalan has had no problems at all and the drive to the Lodge is a beautiful 1 hour drive. It's the best bass trip I've ever taken and well worth it.
