Has anyone tried the "Fish eyes underwater video camera?"

I don't know if it's the same thing, but I know the barge here uses a camera that looks like a perch that they lower under the barge every now and then to see activity or debris. It's really cool and didn't even bother the fish. I was suprises at how well it worked.
