I can't tell the difference between a hybrid and sandbass. So I keep them all even though they're undersized. lol

Hey BW, How about giving some of us a clue to your secret code. At least tell us if it is Lewisville.

it's actually the retention (flood control) pond
off 121b, right @ the trinity river bridge.
easy to cross the river now that there's nothing but snakes & dead bodies in it........ thumb

I recall a bait shop being on top of the hill by that spot. Still jealous of that hybrid!!! What a toad it is! The shad are crazy thick in that spot right now.

.

it's easy. eastbound 121b, past the last light (valley ridge?), just before you cross the river, pull over & walk across the river. you can see the pond from the road. No taco place.
If you get to the Caterpillar place you went too far. best lure is rattle traps & tailspinners. good luck & post a report!!!

Hello fellas!, so fishing this run off on 121, you need to be there when the dam is open right? In order to pull these fish out, of course right?

So how do i know when the water is running if i live far?

The way to communicate with the fish is to drop them a line.
To argue on a fishing boat is to have de bait.
