Keep all veteran's in your hearts and minds today as we honor their service to this great country of ours! flag

And send good thoughts to our government so they will only use our armed forces wisely and only when necessary!

My dad enrolled in the army to fight in WWII after Japan bombed Pearl harbor; he was 17 and lied about his age to get in. He fought in the Pacific theater, received a Purple Heart when his tank ran over a 500lb bomb, and later served on General MacArthur's Honor Guard. He was in Tokyo when Japan surrendered. He died in 2009 from leukemia at the age of 84. I honor his memory and service. flag

My Grandpa stormed the beaches at Normandy, France in WW2. He was hero in my eyes my whole life.
Happy veterans day to all the men and women who served our country

Veterans day/Remembrance day/Armistice Day is an international day of apprieciation of all service members both past and present of all nations. In this world of integration and multi-national forces we should remember all who have fallen both in wartime and peacetime.

We will remember them

RIP Sean
the fallen Red Arrow and a true gent.
