Yep, my humminbird won't power up so unless I can figure something out in the next few hours it's going to Alabama to get fixed and I'm going to tawakoni for the entire weekend - freestyle and oldschool.

No sonar.

No side scan.

No GPS.

Just some fishing rods, a cast net to go find bait and hopefully some luck!

I'm not doing nothing this weekend. She learned how to throw the cast net a few weeks back...we probably are going to drift 34 miles w/ the wind and i'm going to sit back and watch her catch fish.

Ill be out saturday.

thats how i fish! aint got no fancy electronics so half the time i dont even bring them on the boat with me! been doing pretty good past few time out too. hope everyone has a good weekend and find some lake records

Did you check the fuse? If it won't power up at all I would bet that is it. If not then drifting is always fun

This happened to me the other day, I apparently had a loose connection somewhere. Giggled some wires under the console and it worked just fine. Just pee on it, thatll fix it!
