I got my buck early so I'm done for this deer season so I can foxus in the fish this winter. Just a little management 13 inch 7 point in easy Texas. Whoop!

And get this... I don't even have a store bought compound bow. I use a recurve I made myself. Infact the only thing store bought is my broadheads. I even do the rest of my fletching myself.

Holy smokes $300? We pay $75 for two at my processor.
i had one done at kuby's before and they charged more than that but i had some specialty sausages done up with almost all the meat. The only thing I didn't make sausage with was the tenderloin. But normally I do my own processing. I don't know anything about taxidermy though. If you don't know... Kuby's is a German market and restuarant. They make the best german sausages in the metroplex.

My family gets my sisters done at Syracuse. They're pricey but they do make great sausage. I just make chili meat, pan steaks and backstrap steaks. I can't so shoulder mountains yet but I plan on my first attempt next year. I'm practicing tanning hides this time with rabbits this deer and a coyote. My neighors have to hate me
