Creamy Ranch Pork Chops & Rice
Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method

1 tbsp. vegetable oil
4 boneless pork chops -- 3/4" thick each
1 can Campbell's® Cream of Mushroom OR 98% Fat Free Cream of Mushroom Soup -- (10 3/4 oz.)
1/2 soup can milk
1 pkg. ranch salad dressing mix -- (1 oz.)
1 tablespoon Paprika
1 serving Mahatma Jasmin Rice -- prepared
Heat oil in skillet. Add chops and cook until browned.
Remove chops from pan add soup, milk and 1/2 pkg. salad dressing mix and paprika. Heat to a boil. Put chops back into the pan. Cover and cook over low heat 10 min. or until done.
Serve with the Mahatma rice and mixxed vegies.
