I plan on going with the family to catch some Crappie. Does anyone know if they are hitting well out there?

From what I hear they are biting under bridges and near the dam,but the waters a bit too warm for the crappie to be shallow.

Well maybe within the next few weeks it will get better, I think I will give it a shot. If nothing else,atleast I'm out of the house fishing with the family. But hopefully they bite!

I was going to try Lynn Creek the other night, since it was so windy, and now they are on winter hours. Where else can you buy minnows at 2 am?

Joe Pool marina is the one in Cedar Hill SP I believe? They have a fishing barge there too, not sure if there's any good fishing there right now. I do like fishing there better than Lynn creek, a little nicer atmosphere.
