Champ TBD in February. $200 Entry for championship 90% payout. Must fish 2 of 3 in series to qualify. Championship winner will receive free entry into 2012 LSS Championship.

$150 Team entry into Series with no membership fees. 90% Payout. All normal LSS rules will apply except for the following.

1. No off limits week of for this series.
2. We will trailer at every event. Anglers may launch from any location.

Kick-off event is this Saturday at the Lew! Come join us and get some practice in for the St. Judes benefit the following week.

REGISTRATION UPDATE:

Due to the fall schedule, the gate at Lewisville Lake Park will not open until 7:00am. I will be set up outside the main gate at 6:00am to open registration. Anglers will be allowed to trailer to the ramp of their choice, or launch at Lake Park when the gates open at 7:00am. It should still be dark at that time.

We will be there. Cool idea.

Ok, I clicked on your website that I already had and it was gone including the forums. I used your link in your sig and it worked. I was also told this last weekend that TTZ was taking over the central schedule and that the Lone Star Series had folded up. Just curious on whats happening since I plan to fish the tournies this year again.

And if theres no change, then great. I guess chalk it up to misinformation.

LSS has not folded and I'm not sure where you got that data. Site has never been down and all is well. As you're aware the TTZ crew ran all Central Events in 2011. There has been some discussion regarding TTZ running a Central only series in 2012 and once that is finalized we will make an announcement here.

In either scenario Brian, Andy and Robby will be directing the Central events. They've done a great job and that will continue.

The LSS North will continue regardless of what transpires in the Central.

No biggie. It was something that was told to my partner and I and I thought it was true when I clicked on the website and forum this am and it was gone. I have used the same link in my favorite tabs for a while now without issue. So it added up to being true. And thats the only reason I asked. I know the guys that run the central for LSS and maybe it was only mistaken information. Might be what was meant was that they were going to run or " take over which is what we were told " the central. It made my partner think that LSS was no longer around.

It's good to hear. I wanted to fish several series this year and this is what I was planning to do anyway. I wont be seeing you northern guys and good luck up there.

Fished T-wak this last weekend for the first time. Even though the water is way down, we caught some really nice fish. I might have to come try and fish a tourny there sometime.

I left at 345 and 20 and some change was winning 15 and change was 2nd big bass was around 5...my partner and i was in first an d had big bass until the second person weighed in..lol!!

Greg Yates first fishing solo. 19 and change.... Alec/Sean Casonquay second with 15 and change. In Lss and they won Martin Pro. Tough day for us and alot of other guys. We still managed 3 for 10 something. Let's just say I fished Hubbard 2 days in a row and zero bites! Glad Doug my partner got bite! I made for a good net man!
