The following is a post by "Bobby Barnett(AKA Bobcat1) We really hate selling our boat but I got a 60% reduction in pay dropped in my lap August 10th. We bought this boat new in June 2009. I have added a Minnkota Maxxum 70 foot control to it. (I took the Terrova off, Hated it) It comes with a Humminbird 997 SI/DI at the console and a 798 SI/DI on the bow. I have all owners manuals and an extra HDSI transducer. Gps pucks on each unit The single axle trailer has oil bath hubs and disc brakes and LED lights. Folding tongue on trailer 2 month old new Load Range D tires and a spare original tire Wheel locks on all wheels Owners manuals on boat, motor, trolling motor and Humminbirds Butt seat upfront with fishing seat in rear Custom built umbrella stand and 9’ umbrella for the front of the boat ½ of an original Add-A-Seat and matching Champion butt seat upfront Keel Guard Blinker trim Livewell with pump out and aeration on both sides of the divided livewell 7' rod box with rod storage rack inside Tons of storage 40 gallon gas tank retractable rod straps on the front recessed foot control for trolling motor built in Ice chest Center console has storage Dual Pro 3 bank charger(Just back from factory with new updated circuit boards) New tags on the trailer in June New registration in July on the boat This boat has never given me a minute’s trouble. The motor starts right up and is very economical on gas. The boat takes rough water great like any Champion should. We fish a lot on the weekends for crappie only. The boat is kept in the garage except when we are fishing. Carpet is excellent. It has a scratch and some nicks here or there on the outside and underneath but it still shines like new money. Rear seat got scuffed up on garage door when I wasn’t paying attention. It does need new carpet on the bunk boards. I have always used Yamalube and put Stabil in every tank of gas. It runs about 55 mph with all equipment and me and my wife.    I bought this boat from Bobby thinking I wanted a glass boat. I was wrong, I am a Alum boat man. So I am selling the Champ. I paid 19,250.00, plus Tax, Title & Lic. about 1,100.00. Price 18,500 18,000.00I am entertaining offers that do not embarrass you or me Thanks Gene

I'll vouch for the boat. It's a goodun! Sorry it did not work out for you Gene. If I could I would buy it back but I just started a new job and I need to see how it plays out before I bite off another boat loan. Good luck!

Good looking boat. I've fished in it and it's nice. It's setup for crappie with 2 seats up front and had dual Humminbird SI's on it.

That's a heck of a deal for a boat that listed for over 35k without the 2 Humminbird SI units or the Add a Seat upfront. I can't believe it hasn't been snatched up. If my new job was paying off yet I would buy it back. That's too cheap Gene!

I might be interested in the boat , do you know how many hours on on the motor? When was the last time it was put on computer at dealership to check hours and codes if there was any?
