[size:14pt][/size]I may have posted this before but it is well worth a look again expecially with hunting season coming up. I made this last night and it is great. This recipe makes two regular size loafs.



Rick's Bat Out Of Hell Meatloaf

Recipe By :
Serving Size : 6 Preparation Time :0:20

Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method
-------- ------------ --------------------------------
1/2 pound ground beef
1/2 pound Ground venison
1 pound pork country sausage
3/4 cup Diced onion
1/2 cup diced green bell pepper
1 cup saltine cracker crumbs
1 can diced tomatoes
2 each egg
1 teaspoon dijon mustard
1/4 cup milk
1/4 cup ketchup
4 slices bacon
1 cup sliced mushrooms

Preheat oven to 350 deg F.

Combine all ingredents except bacon, mushrooms,and ketchup. Place in a meatloaf pan.

Top with mushrooms followed by bacon and brush on the ketchup.

Bake for 1 hour. Check internal temperature. It should read 165 deg F.

Sounds real good, will have to try this soon with some garlic mashed potatoes.
