Cafe Brazil. Smoked Turkey Migas or the El Gordo Chorizo Crepes. Also the french toast is flipping amazing there. Make sure you get the roasted potatoes.

Allen Cafe on Main street in downtown Allen has excellent breakfast & lunch! Much better breakfast than Poor Richards IMHO.
