I have been working on sereral sauces and would like to jar them if possible instead of freezing them.

Anyone out there do this?

What is required and how is the best way to do this....some of the sauces contain meat...is this ok?

I would google "canning". you can obviously "can" meat but, it is a different process than vegetables or fruit especially the temperature.
