91 Johnson with a 175hp boat starts fine and runs fine for about 15 mins or so then , start running bad . I changed all the plugs I did a compression ck they where all in the high 90s . It has new gas with seafoam , I no nothing about boat motors but it seem like when it get to a certain temp that's when it starts . So I looked and I had one of the 2 thermostat was stuck open , not sure if that would cause it to run bad or not

Not sure, but I would suspect electrical maybe.

Stator. When they are starting to fail they will show it when they warm up. That is my guess and that is what it is.

Ignition/coil or it's starving for fuel somehow.

Stuck thermostats will make it run too cool. A motor that is over cooled will not run right. This is the reason that you have stats. Of course this summer I heard that people were having some problems keeping them cool enough with the high water temps.

Stator or thermostats....most likely stator.. Definately not fuel related. Because fuel problems start at the get go and not after running a while. These type of problems don't come and go. Stator will do what your describing. Runs great then goes to pot. Thermosts usually indicate an intermitten problem. Runs good, goes to pot, then runs good again. So back to stator. Good to start, grumpy as the day gets longer.....umph! Kind of like a couple of guys on this website.....LOL LOL

I have had vehicles with fuel problems that would arise after several minutes of running. Debris would collect at the in-tank filter after the fuel pump has been pulling fuel, engine would stall/load up (suction would drop) and the debris would clear up for a few minutes. ..

If the fuel line was getting clogged as your suggesting the primer bulb would be flat. So if thats not the case you can rule out fuel restriction.

I had a similar problem a couple of years ago and it turned out to be the coil.
