Does anyone use a dehydrator to dry fish? I've been experimenting with a salt, pepper and paprika rub before I place them in to dry. Afterwards, I just squeeze a little lime juice onto them. It's a great snack while fishing and it goes great with a cold one. cheers

Sounds like fish jerky.

They can't keep a laundromat open in Fourchon, LA because the VC keep using the big dryers to dehydrate shrimp.
