i have always liked striper best but hybrid is a very good tasting fish. grilled or fried. Make sure to cut the red line out of both of them. i prefer fried. i make a mixture of louisiana fish fry and old bay , i dip the fish in louisiana hot sauce then roll in the mixture and fry. Something i like to do is put the fish on cardboard when done instead of putting on paper towels since the pt's abord moisture from the fish. The cardboard will keep crispy.
