River is pretty low right now. Sattler gauge shows 67cfs at about 4.25ft deep. That means Gruene will be barely flowing but should at least have water. I was at Cypress bend park (3 miles down river) about a week ago and it was low but still had plenty of water. If there's no water in Gruene give Cypress Bend a try.

Good luck.

Go to Gruene Hall and have a cold beer, or go next door to eat at Gristmill. I recommend the chicken fried steak.

Check out the rooster there in downtown New Braunfels. Great food. Gristmill is good but can get very hot and long lines.
