Update: We just called Turner Falls Park. They are not stocking 21 November. They have the order in and hope to be ready next weekend – 28 November. Just in case before you go, call the Park at 580-369-2988 for the latest update!

Has anyone found out if they ended up stocking trout yet? I tried calling the office but no one answered. I know the recent rain flooded the area a bit.

They stocked it. Fished it today. Limited out; had a great time. Saw no other fishermen! Working on the video. Will post later.

I'm so glad fshng84 posted the video about turner falls. I took a trip up there Monday morning and had an absolute blast. I caught over 25 trout, the majority between 11-13" long. I was able to land 3 bruisers over ~15", one of which was a 16" palamino! My first palamino and the largest trout I've caught to date. I will be going back!

I went back up there on Xmas eve and caught ~5 trout. The two goldens were still there (I was worried the one I caught wasn't going to make it since he didn't swim off very fast! glad to see he did.) There was tenkara fisherman that got skunked. I cought ~3 near water fall type areas and ~2 in a pool that is hard to get to, all on near deere (olive, pink).

The lady in the office said that they stock "as needed" but after seeing how it was when I went they definitely need it! I won't be going back until they stock again.

Quick trip to a local pond this evening. Short on time but was able to connect with Bass and Bluegill using a Foam Grasshopper and the Damsel Fly variant we like to tie in purple marabou!

Fish were active, and we are still liking the 6WT Switch Rod! Hope to use it on trout in the near future. Maybe at Turner Falls per the email reply to our question on the Season's Trout Stocking. Today's Video.
