Got a slab of baby back ribs in the freezer. Have the oven, slow cooker, or pressure cooker to fix em in. Some give me a good tasting easy to fix (time no object) falling off the bone recipe for one of these devises.

Put the frozen ribs in the slow cooker last night. Just checked. Meat falling off the bone. Poured some Baby James on them. Just about to sample.
Not near the flavor of smoked/bbq ribs. Not bad for home boy with a slow cooker. Pretty good actually

I put mine in a cooking bag with liquid smoke overnight, dry rub them the next day and stick them in the oven @ 225 for around 5 hours. They're great. Save the liquid to add to your store bought sauce with a little vinegar and red pepper. This works great for pork butts, only I cook them around 8 hours.

Smoke em! Season with Greek Seasoning and Lemon Pepper Seasoning and smoke for 3-4 hrs. with charcoal. Alternate putting a chunk of hickory and pecan wood each time you add more charcoal - usually about every 45 minutes for me. I baste them with BBQ sauce toward the end as well. Some people wrap them in aluminum foil the last hour to make them super tender. The combination of hickory and pecan can't be beat for a great flavor with pork. I saw this on a national tailgate cookoff show many years ago, and the guy won the contest over other very elaborate methods of smoking ribs. After trying it, I have never smoked anything pork differently since. As Justin Wilson used to say, "I guarantee it".

I always peel the membrane off the back side. I like to boil in coke and water for 1 - 1-1/2 then finish up on low heat grill for 1/2 hour with some sauce.

This is when I add my sauce if I choose to. Gives them a fresh grilled flavor. I usually make my own bbq sauce from the drippings along with brown sugar, ketchup, salsa, pineapple, onion, jalapenos, seasoned salt and pepper.

Potato and quartered cabbage in the pot as well. I season up my water and drop the ribs in when the boil starts to roll. I leave them in until the meat starts to pull from the bone at the ends and then finish on the grill. I like mine dry but I'll mix 1/2 Stubb's hot and 1/2 Sweet Baby Ray's Original to keep on the side as well. Fix the potato up like I baked them, and eat the cabbage with a little salt and pepper and it's amazing. I'll season up my water too, beef stock and some cajun seasoning as well.

Defrost.Remove the membrane.Season with salt and pepper. Wrap in foil. Bake in oven at 300 degrees for 2.5- 3 hrs. Remove from foil. slather with BBQ sauce and put on the grill for about 15 minutes. Perfect every time. Fall off the bone tender!!!

season raw ribs with your rub, garlic powder, & onion powder; slow cook in crockpot with water for 4 to 6 hours. Then put the ribs in a baking pan, brush on your selected sauce, cover, & put in refrigerator overnight. Fire up your grill, cook & baste with more sauce until you get just the right glaze and black char you desire. Eat 'em up!!!

I really can't imagine eating baby back ribs any way other than smoked for 3-4 hrs. However, you go to your church and I'll go to mine.
