1 C rice
1 t salt
1 1/2 C water

In a 1 qt. microwavable bowl, pour the rice and salt into the bowl. Add water DO NOT stir.

Microwave on high for 5 minutes. Then continue for 15 more minutes on 50% power.

Comes out perfect everytime.

yep microwaved rice is great. having a rice cooker makes it even easier though.

Meh, us coonazzes dunno how someone can screw up rice.

1/2 cup of rice (I like Jasmine)
1 cup of water (filtered or bottled)
1/4 tsp. salt
splash of olive oil

Bring entire mixture to a rolling boil, stirring frequently to prevent sticking. After 1 -2 minutes of this, reduce heat to low/simmer and cover tightly. Do not stir. You'll have perfect coonazz ice cream in 30 minutes, every time. thumb Enjoy!
