Meh, us coonazzes dunno how someone can screw up rice.
1/2 cup of rice (I like Jasmine)
1 cup of water (filtered or bottled)
1/4 tsp. salt
splash of olive oil
Bring entire mixture to a rolling boil, stirring frequently to prevent sticking. After 1 -2 minutes of this, reduce heat to low/simmer and cover tightly. Do not stir. You'll have perfect coonazz ice cream in 30 minutes, every time.
